After the basketball game is over

Can you eject a coach after the game is over
Coach was charging towards the refs

When does your jurisdiction end?

Not only can you, but you should since in most states the state association will assess penalties.

But you should also get out of the gym as fast as possible so this never happens.

Agreed.

even if it doesn't affect this game, there might (and should) be a suspension involved.

and, even if you are off the court, write a report about the incident.

You don't say where and how long after the game.

On or near the court, not only can you, but you MUST. If this happened in the parking lot, report it.
