j51969 If your saying its the shooters foot I would call this if he misses. If he doesn't miss a quick "are you kidding me?" quitely to the offender should fix this.

Welpe It's a cop out but I think this is something you really HTBT to judge for sure. Try not to over think it too much, sometimes you just have to officiate the game.
