First jump ball violation
So had the toss last week, threw the ball up and A1 touched the ball 3 times before it hit the ground. Whistled a violation, gave the ball to b and set the arrow to A. My question has to do with the ending of the jump ball and when the jumper can legally grab the ball. If one of the jumpers touches the ball, then it hits the ground, can a jumper then grab the ball legally?
Thanks. |
