Charting Fouls
Last night I went along with a 3-man group I have just meet to charted fouls, and pencil in general observations. I was wondering if anyone has a pre-made form or template for how they do it. Generally, I will use a notebook with each official having his/her own column. I will write down who called the foul, time, position, and whether it was in their primary or secondary. I also added in any goof plays, rotation, or switching anomalies.
Thoughts?

How would you chart this?
Using said chart, how would you chart this if it occurred Q1 7:45, Foul #1 on V?
