F/JV double header last night.

In the Freshman game, V had gold uniforms, and one player with a black undershirt, and another player with a white undershirt. H had a player with a blue undershirt. I ensured they all left the court.

Before the JV game, a V player was wearing a two-tone long (primarily black with gray stripes) under a brown uniform.

It's almost the end of January!

Wait for it...

Sadly, I sometimes believe they're telling the truth.

Glad that this D1 crew did this as it can only help make it easier on the rest of us. Stupid announcer criticized it as not something to worry about in the rules.
I've had one supervisor this season send out an email specifically addressing illegal undershirts.

What's the deal with players wearing long sleeve undershirts? I've seen it in a few games on TV this season.

Nothing illegal about it.

NCAAM 1-23
Art. 1. An undershirt is considered to be part of the game jersey and must be a color similar to that of the game jersey as defined by the neutral zone. In addition, the sleeves and neckline of undershirts shall be unaltered (e.g., no cut-off sleeves or cut necklines). Both sleeves shall be of the same length and not extend beyond the elbows. No logos, decorations, trim, commemorative patches, lettering or numbering may be used on an undershirt. The same color must be worn by teammates.

FED: It's allowed

NCAAW: It's allowed, as long as it's a compression shirt

NCAAM: Not (supposed to be) allowed

On the Men's side, if they have a signed letter from Art Hyland, it's legal.

Had it in back-to-back D3 games last season.
