I do not see it as a travel. He doesn't clearly end the dribble until his right foot is on the floor, and then he pivots on the right foot, and jumps off both.

Travel on the catch. Nothing on the spin.

On catch is hard to see if he has control of the ball, so best to go with nothing.

On spin move, that is the travel jar complains never gets called at the college level.

No, I think this one is the one that should be called in college (first highlight).
