Has anyone thought about letting him raise his left hand for fouls? It seems that would be better than having his right arm only part of the way up.

Besides, that's one of my weak points as well... no matter how hard I try, I can seem to get myself to ever raise my left arm to signal a foul or violation. |

What do you mean "letting him?" There's no real requirement on which hand to use -- although some suggest always using the "outside" hand.

I'm a lefty...for fouls it's always my left hand that goes up. I think violations too. For three pointers, I've trained myself to use the outside hand.

I'm Left Handed, What's Your Superpower ???
Me too. I may be left handed, but I'm always right.

There's a federal law prohibiting the use of the left hand to call fouls when one is wearing a short sleeved shirt. It's called "The Right To Bare Right Arms".
