rule book errors?

I've heard a rumour that there are two errors in this years fed. rule book. Does anyone know where i could find them and what they are??/

Nothing was mentioned by the state official (Ohio) who chaired our required state meeting last night. Only highlights were the new free throw mechanics (lead always administers) and the annual discussion on sportsmanship.

I know of one error ... Rule 4.42.1 still refers to 20 second timeouts.
