Trail has a great look at the screen, not such a great look at whether shooter had begun shooting motion. Black #23 hands on the cutter, but blows up the screener. Not sure whether we have the correct shooter or not.

This play precedes the later FF2 on Black #23, we see #22 White act the 'enforcer' a bit.

Foul definitely prior to continuous motion.
