Video 1; i don't see a foul there, I'm guessing L anticipated more contact than ended up occuring.

Video 2; looks like a good call, defender establishes LGP so no block call, but loses verticality with his arms/hand and contacts the shooter illegaly on the arm.

Play 1: Don't see a foul.

Play 2: Don't see a blocking foul, defender has LGP and the offensive player initiates all the contact. The arms are not vertical but I think they are close enough to no-call this.

1st: phantom foul, but definitely a shooting foul, and definitely did not travel

2nd: soon after previous play, so no problem with the call for consistency's sake

#1. No sign of a foul in any of the angles.

#2. Good call...defender had LGP but jumped forward and sideways into the shooter at the last second as he tried to go up for the block. Once he does that it doesn't really matter what the shooter does. Block.

Play 1) Umm...wow. No clue what he saw. I have nothing at any level.

Play 2) Enough body contact originating from defender's momentum to warrant a call. Good get.

My take as well. He jumped into the shooter, removing LGP, and knocked him to the floor.

Well stated. I agree.

Forward??? No way.

Sideways? Yes. And that, imo, is what caused the contact and why I also have no problem with the call.

Forward...not nearly as much as sideways and probably not enough that it would make it a foul but but I felt he did go forward a bit.
