IPAD and Coaches

Went to a Rules Clinic and one topic covered was use of IPADS on the bench. My takeaway was that it can be used for pretty much anything including recording the game.

One area emphasized was a Coach my not come up to you and say "hey you missed that called..look at video on IPAD"

Question: Would this be a direct tech on HC or a Team Technical? I ask because it was stated that this was a Team Tech..
