Blacktop Floor - UCF

Well, we've had the aircraft carrier, Oregon doing their thing, benches at the ends of the floor in Tenn, and here, I guess, is the next iteration......

Y! SPORTS

Looks well marked.

"On Monday, the Knights unveiled a new court design that's garish even by 2013 standards."

Maybe the pictures don't do it justice, but I would hardly qualify that as "garish." The logo in the center doesn't need to be that big, but that's what everybody seems to be doing these days.

And it's not even close to Oregon.

I agree. Not even close to garish...looks more like grey flannel than blacktop. The writer did make one valid point...the Knights need to worry more about making their mark with winning than a creative paint scheme (Full disclosure...I have a masters degree from UCF and my kids are alumni as well).

I cannot even believe this is much of a story. This court looks very tame compared to other outrageous designs.

Peace

I guess you have to consider the source...I never did put much confidence in a "news" source that has a "!" as part of their name.

He wasn't correcting you nor was one needed.

Vanderbilt is in Tennessee. :)

Of course it is.

But, not in the U of Tenn - which is what it looks like I posted. Hence, the JRut comment.

But of course, you knew that too! :p

I disagree. You said "in Tenn," not "at Tenn."

As I said, Vandy is "in Tenn."

So stop arguing with me, you were NOT wrong! :D
