Another trophy - for me?
 

Here at the assisted living medical center where I now reside, we've had bracket contests for the NCAA tournament and now the NBA tournament. I won the most bracket points for the college tourney and my "prize" was a small trophy of a player shooting a set shot and my name engraved on the base along with the description of the tournament. About 25 guys and gals entered both contests.

Right now, it's down to two of us for the NBA contest and if the Spurs win, I'll get another trophy. If the Heat wins, it will go to a buddy of mine, so I won't feel so bad. However, they told me that in the seven years they've had this going, no one has ever won both contests in the same year and I could be the first.

I told them that if I win again, instead of a trophy, I'd like some blintzes and some matzo ball soup. Oh wait, I already had that for lunch today. Never mind. I'll take the trophy. :rolleyes:
