Vid Request Indiana Miami Kick ball (Video Added)

8 Seconds left in OT player muffs the inbound pass a the division line, both players on the ground, looks like the Heat player tries to control the ball with his legs. NFHS: shouldn't this be a kick ball violation?

I have nothing on the kick ball. Ball was on his legs and before he could do anything Indiana took the ball.

On a side note, is this the play where D-Wade supposedly didn't foul Paul George?

I do not have a kick ball, but I have seen plays similar to where the player on the ground used their feet to bring the ball to their body. I may or may not have been a coach at the time I saw such play and may or may not have been assessed a technical foul for questioning whether it was a kick ball in a very sarcastic tone.

Are you saying it was called and you disagreed?

No, it was not called. I believe I said something along the lines of, "And just so you know, it is a kick ball when a player uses their feet to get control of the ball." Whack! I deserved it, but hope everyone learned from it. ;)

Don't get your hopes up. When a coach, or player, has a point, that point gets lost in unsporting behavior.
