When I saw this live it was a no brainer charge. When I saw the replay it looked like a no brainer charge. When I flipped on ESPN I couldn't even believe this was an issue.

If I had not read this it may have been exactly what I typed. In fact, this IS what I typed in the other thread...

The contact is in the chest — that alone does not make it a charge, but when that's where the contact initiates it is probably 90-95% of the time a charge.

Like I said in the other thread, if this isn't a charge we should just take it out of the rule book ... because what is?!
