In the first game there were a lot of whistles on plays that the 2nd crew passed on....rebounds with no possession consequence , minor touches that had no effect on anyone, etc. They were not waiting the F in SDF before they called something. It was as if they wanted to be on top of the game and to control it. Take, for example, that block called in this thread: Wichita State-Louisville block (Armstead 1st half)

No more an abomination than a jump ball. I never get the fascination with the jump ball. A 6'1" guard ties up a 6'9" forward and the team with the 6'9" player should get the ball 99% of the time because their guy's taller?

Idiotic. More so than the AP arrow.
