In NFHS....don't we shoot in order of occurrence? Shoot the and 1 and then shoot the 2 for the T? ISU ball at POI? just wondering.....

Yes, in NFHS you would penalize in the order they occurred.

NFHS: no POI; ball at the division line for the T
