Precision Time

You know, for all the times I saw the officials have to fix clocks late in games you'd think they'd go to PTS for all the games...

One thing that's been brought up on the broadcasts - and that the rules folks may talk about in relation to monitor reviews for time in the last minute: Allowing teams to get together with their coaches during those reviews.

In the Davidson/Marquette and St. Mary's/Memphis games the monitor reviews created free time outs for both Marquette and St. Mary's when neither had any remaining. It didn't help St. Mary's but it obviously helped Marquette...and yes, I know if Davidson hits its normal 80% from the line instead of going 14-22 it's not an issue but it still creates an advantage not intended by the rules.

Don't see that happening

Oh, neither do I but I think they may mull it over during the offseason meetings.

That was the motivation for my starting the thread. I know we've been down this path before, but surely the NCAA can see why this isn't the best thing for its championships.
