Miami / NC State......Team Control or 1 / 1
 
Could someone post the video at approximately .13 remaining in first half? Shane Larkin brings the ball up court and turns ball over in back court. Foul called on Larkin but IMO NC. State has not acquired possession and a 1 and 1 was shot....

Thoughts ??????
