CO / OR Cheap Shot (Video Added)

12:31, second half. Fist to the groin.

They went with an F1, the fouled player sat. I can't remember if the guy who shot it was the sub or if he was already in.

Don't know what tining is but I don't think any of us need an anatomy class to know this fact.

Flagrant 1 in college doesn't carry a disqualification right? If that's the case then I don't understand why he wasn't DQ'd. Does a punch or slap or kick have to be to the face and precipitate a fight? I mean I don't understand the inconsistency here. If FF1 carries the DQ then ignore my mini rant.

Honestly I am not seeing this "shot" to the player. I see the arm coming forward, but not so sure it was a deliberate act. That being said FF1 does not carry an ejection portion to the rule. I can see why officials feel this would be a FF1 if they deem the act to be on purpose, but I am just not seeing it.

Peace

Same here. It's not like he wound up and sucker-punched the guy. The guy probably dropped out of surprise more than anything else.

You don't have to wind up to punch someone. In this case he clearly punched the guy in what looks like his privates.

I meant more in terms of judging FF1 vs. FF2. Wherever he hit him I don't have an issue with the FF1. I just don't think it was a malicious act.

I see the CO players foot kick the OR player in the stomach, but I still can't figure out how he got to the floor. Looks like a flop to me. And, I've watched it 3 times.

edit: ok...finally saw it. it was the post defender that turned for the rebound and upper cut him in the gut.

Once I was finally able to even see it, I do think he did it on purpose. It was not blatant, but it didn't really look like a natural arm movement.

That's what I saw. it was on purpose, sneaky and something that if caught one could play dumb and maybe sell to a few people. Much like the Nigerian email scams.
