Does he really hit I'm that hard or was there any embellishment of the contact by the defensive player?

Correct. This isn't a huge crash, a cheap shot, or a dirty play, but simply an action for which the offensive player must be penalized. The officials must demonstrate to the players that defenders who properly obtain a position will be protected and the offense must run around and not through them.

A no-call is just unacceptable.

I was going to say something along those lines, the defender was there in plenty of time, the defender needs to stop or go around. The embellishment by the defender just should have "sold" the call that should be made anyway.

White team control foul. I do think that B embellished a tad, but nowhere near enough to say that wasn't a foul. Not calling this foul can lead to rougher play, too.

Agree. TC foul for pushing through a legal screen.
