Missouri/Arkansas double foul

9:25 of second half. Double foul. Might have been able to get something right before it. Can someone get this please.

No need to get the video, but there is another play I found interesting. 7:00 left in the 2nd half, Trail calls a non-existent foul. I didn't see any foul at all, and the player it was called on seemed incredulous. But I guess they all do. Anyone else see that?

Two things. I think the Missouri players fouls first at the top of the key, maybe again as they are going down the lane. Second. Is that an elbow that the Missouri guy throws?

Heck, I don't see much of a foul by the Arkansas player at all... he was too busy being mugged!

First foul was on the Arkansas player...a traditional block.

Then a foul on the Mo. player for kneeing/kicking the Ark. player while he was trying to get up after the collision....possibly a FF1.

Then a foul on the Mo. player for grabing/shoving the Ark. player towards the endline.

Then, another foul for shoving him in the back.

Man, I just don't see a foul at any point on the Arkansas player.

I'm inclined to go with nothing on the initial contact, or the double at that point depending on what else has been happening.

Arkansas comes forward into Missouri, Missouri shoves him with two hands and Arkansas embellishes.

I don't see anything exclusively on Arkansas though.

No way is that a traditional block...Arkansas player sees Missouri shooter dump ball off and tries to go for ball. Missouri post player thinks he is setting a screen or something and knocks the Arkansas player on his butt. That's a Missouri foul. Absolutely no reason to call that on the Arkansas kid.

I saw the Arkansas player stepping forward and into the Missouri player who was trying to cut down the lane...moving forward into contact with an opponent who was moving without the ball. That is a block. I don't think it matters that the Arkansas player wanted to get to the ball. He still doesn't get to run into an opponent like that. It sure didn't look like any kind of screen I've seen. To me, he was thinking his teammate was shooting and he was going to the boards. It may have acted as one in a sense but but I'm not buying that it was one.

What the hell is the C watching? It looks like he is looking right at it and he even puts a fist in the air without any air in the whistle. Who should be seeing this action?

This is what happens when an official passes on an initial foul (actually SEVERAL fouls in this case!) and is then forced to blow the whistle....he calls a "it-never-should-have-gotten-to-this-point double foul".

Poor officiating IMHO......

It looks this way because he is about to signal a three-point attempt, but the shot is blocked. Thus, he pulls his hand down.

The Lead or Center I hope, they both have part of the lane.
