Leg kick
In our area, we are starting to notice a growing trend. The airborne jumpshooter kicking out the leg so that the defender makes contact. Shooter then hits the deck. How would this be adjudicated in your areas.

Once the ball is released, it cannot be a PC foul, no team or player control. Maybe that is what he is wondering.

That would have to be some kick, and probably not the play envisioned by the OP, but yes, if the contact is excessive, in principle you could have an INT. For me to call that, it would have to be obvious to everyone that the player was more interested in kicking than shooting.
