Burke got away with one on the shot. That was a very clear undercut that should have been called. The officials missed that one. The charge was a very clear call as well. I actually slowed the video down and Appling was set while Burke took two steps into him. I would say that would be a charge at every level, including the NBA. Burke had time to stop. You can't penalize a defender because the offensive player wasn't looking when you give him to steps before the contact.

The NBA considers this type of play a cheap tactic and as such is not a legal position. A bang bang play like this in the NBA is a blocking foul.
