The NFHS once produced a VHS video on traveling that covered a couple of examples but I couldn't tell you where you might find it.

I don't...the NBA has different rules in establishing the pivot foot which makes plays that are legal by NBA rules, illegal under NCAA/NFHS (and if you'd like to know those differences, I could spell it out at a later time).

If I can get around to it, I'll see what I can find/put together.
