When Is Moving Not Moving ???
Swing excessive to pivoting, or as part of the pivot? Player control, intentional, or flagrant? I hope that nobody is thinking incidental here. And let's try not to get Albert Einstein involved here. He's busy decomposing. No? Wait? That's Beethoven.

INT. Called it last week.
Coach: "Yeah, I saw it. But was it intentional?" Me: "Coach, the state association's stand is that if the elbow make contact above the shoulder, the least I can call is intentional." Coach: "Understood."

That description sounds like a Flagrant Foul. Or did her elbow move in concert with her pivoting?
