Head Band on Arm

In a girl's varsity basketball game governed by ncaa rules is a player allowed to where something like a wrist band around her bicep? Also does the color of the wrist band matter?

Unlike NFHS, there is no requirement in the NCAA rules that the wristband be worn below the elbow. As for color, all wristbands and headbands must match for all players on a team.

A headband wore on an arm is by definition a wristband :D

Unless it's one of the WWE glam wrestlers, I don't want to meet a woman who can securely fit a headband around her bicep.

Back to the question...

As was mentioned, no, they can wear it anywhere on their arm.

As for the color it has to be white, black, beige or the dominant color of the jersey and everyone on the same team has to wear the same color. Also, headbands and writstbands must be the same color on the same team (i.e., if your team has purple wristbands your headbands have to be purple, too). (NCAA 3-7)

To paraphrase an old newspaper adage: If a player is wearing a headband around the arm, that not news. However, if a player is wearing a wristband around the head, now that's news.
