Alternating possession arrow 4-3-2 & 4-3-3

Rule 4-3-2;
Guess I just never have studied this part well enough ;
The arrow is set to the opponents basket when the ball is placed at the disposal of the free thrower for every common foul during all bonus situations? Guess the "is established" and " initial direction of the arrow " parts have me mixed up. How can it be " initial direction " way into the game at the bonus? And,
4-3-3c. Each common foul before the bonus ?

I hope that Mark Padgett's new pig's heart holds up after reading Adam's one word post.

During the jump ball for overtime, B2 fouls A2 before either team gains possession. Team A is in the bonus. A2 goes to the line for 1 & 1, the AP arrow is pointed toward B's basket when the ball is placed at A2's disposal.

Ok, I'll make it a little longer for you....not at all likely, but possible...

6 pregame T's on one team (with some on the other team such that the game still starts with a jump ball) and a foul before the opening jump ball is controlled.

Thanks, got it stored way back in my brain with obscure rulings that I hope I never see.
