If there is a double foul where one is personal and the other is a swinging elbow to the head (intentional or flagrant), does play resume at the point of interruption?

Are the fouls on opposite teams? I don't think that matters just curious the situation.

A double foul consisting of (a) a "common" personal, and (b) an intentional/flagrant personal, still goes to POI in NFHS.

Anything can happen, of course, but I'm guessing most of the time when you see an elbow to the head, you will have a tendency not to see the lesser foul which happens at approximately the same time. jmo

The NCAA put something out on this prior to the 2011-12 season. I need to search around to see if I can find it.

(NCAA) If one of the fouls of a double foul is a flagrant foul, resume at POI to team offended by the flagrant foul.

That's what I think, too, but I couldn't find it in a quick glance at the on-line rules before I got interrupted. Do you have a reference?
