2 pairs of pants 2-3 bags of undergarments (Compression shorts, etc.) 2-4 Gray shirts (depending on laundry cycle) 4-6 pair socks 1 jacket 1 towel 1 laundry bag 1 whistle bag 1 bag of assorted toiletires including advil pen & pad just in case magnetic board rule book, case book, manual reading glasses in case I am the R 1 flex belt
