I am struggling with this one:

ART. 1

One visible manufacturer's logo/trademark/reference or school logo/mascot is permitted on the wristbands, headband, compression shorts and arm compression sleeve. (3-5-3, 3-5-4, 3-5-7).


Does this mean one total or one on each?
