Tonight I had an AD ask me about "shooting at the wrong basket". Thanks to the esteemed members of the forum, I had the rule absolutely correct. My veteran, playoff caliber partners disagreed with me until we got to the locker room at half-time and I produced the case book.

Thanks guys, the diet Coke is on me
