I can see from just the difference in calling a more skilled middle school team vs a more unskilled one.

I managed to do this part last Saturday, in what was my 6th Varsity game. As a crew we made the right calls and kept a good pace to the game. On the other hand, we sure could have looked better on switches and rotations. We fouled up the easy stuff!
