technical foul questions

1) Do ALL technical/flagrant fouls (whether to coaches or players, direct or indirect, flagrant personal or flagrant techincal) count towards the bonus? If not, could someone break it down to me please? Just confused about it after a bulletin was recently released by PIAA regarding fighting

2) In that bulletin by PIAA, it is a little unclear about awarding technical free throws when players on the court and non-players on the bench participates in the fight. Is the number of technical free-throws ultimately decide on the number of players assessed the technical fouls and ejected?

3) After you determine who is ejected to the bench and how many free-throws are given, you have a technical foul to a player or coach that is not related to the fighting. Are those technical free-throws awarded separately from the technical free-throws awarded from the fighting that has been settled? Or, if team A was awarded two technical FT as a result of the fighting, and then B gets a technical foul assessed AFTER the fight, is it evened out and you play at POI?

Just want to prepare if this situation were to happen, inevitably... thanks

Each infraction counts as a team foul regardless of how many FTs get shot and how many are charged indirectly to the head coach. 5 players come off the bench but do not fight, 5 T's (one on each player), 1 indirect to the coach, 5 teams fouls. Not that the only fouls not counted as team fouls are indirects because that is just a secondary administrative charge to the coach rather than a separate infraction.

Let's see if I can do this.

Not all. What is not counted toward the team foul count are indirect TF to the head coach, however the original technical that got him the indirect does count. Pretty much all of the rest go the team foul count including team TF for DOG, changes to the book after the 10 minute mark etc.

Any player on the floor that fights is given a flagrant technical foul and are ejected. Each of these fouls are counted toward the team foul count. any one who leaves the bench during a fight and does NOT fight is given a flagrant tech and ejected but only one technical foul is penalized (example: 3 players leave bench but don't fight. all three are ejected. The other team shoots 2 FTs and gets the ball OOB. All three count toward team foul count. The coach is also assessed 1 indirect TF total even though 3 players left. 4.19.13. As for leaving bench and fighting: anyone who fights is ejected. Coach is assessed 1 indirect technical for every bench player involved in the fight plus one for bench personnel leaving the bench area. The indirect don't count toward foul count, but the players who are charged with flag. fouls are counted. Case plays 10.4.5 and 4.19.13 should help a lot.

Yes they are penalized separately and administered in the order of occurrence. This is a false double foul situation. Administer the fighting FTs, then A will shoot the FTs from the isolated TF and then take the ball out at midcourt.

I think that is right.... Now to the smarter people.;)
