Actually his talents as a magician endeared him to one of his early supervisors. We were on the same JuCo staff and in camp together 2 years in a row. The supervisor loved watching Marat's parlor tricks.

It's easier to get NBA documentation in PDF format than the Fed. Says something. Not sure what.

That the NBA (and other major sports leagues/levels) don't depend on their rule/case books for revenue. Even with that, it's only last year that the NFL made their rule/case book freely and easily available.

I know Marat too. Yes--he is a very talented magician/illusionist! Very Good official too! Hopefully his family is doing ok in the NYC area since the Hurricane!
