Just wanted to mention that I like the new Forum format.
And, ... a nice touch to have notification of responses in my e-mail.
Thanks for you continued interest in your product.

Thanks Mick - we appreciate your feedback.

You'll notice that the board is MUCH faster - because we have implemented a database solution. Searches take merely seconds now and all pages come up much more quickly.

We are continuing to improve our interactive features daily. Stay tuned - the best is yet to come!

Thanks,
Brad

I really like the new colors and graphic's, much easyer on the eyes! Keep up the good work and the cutting edge web site. Neat stuff.

The speed is great, but I hope that we can still post the squirrel! :D

Rich Tue Mar 21, 2006 10:50pm

Not only is the speed great, but search is back as well.

This board is the same one used at flyertalk.com -- and it has way more traffic than this board has, so I'm confident this board will scale well.

I agree. Same format as the Baltimore Sun Talk forum that has boatloads of traffic and it's pretty stable and fast.

Nice job to all that were involved!

That would NOT include us, for a number of reasons :D

 au contraire'....Rich.

It was good to get four post high school state assignments. It would have been nice to get more, but considering that there were many deserving officials....some got one or none.....so I was appreciative that our crew, was at least, still "on the list".

Matter of fact lots of AAU Tournaments we're scheduled to work!

Continue to do the best job you can.....success has a way of finding those that perservere.

Enjoy your Baseball/Softball season!

You are definitely a half-full-glass kinda guy. I'm still a bit disappointed in the 4 last year, 3 this year, random nature of it all, but I'm going to three camps this summer and I will continue to move forward best I can. I've learned that I have to put myself out there to be seen -- that they aren't going to come looking for me. I've known that for a long time, but I didn't really take it to heart years ago because then I didn't think I was good enough to work deep into the tourney and I feel differently now.

Baseball starts on the 30th for me. I'm thrilled I don't have anything the first weekend of local college conference games. Let others work in the cold, but I still need to load up the van this weekend with my clothes and gear. My first game in Fond du Lac and my second is in Watertown, so at least I don't have to drive TOO far.

Nevadaref Wed Mar 22, 2006 10:46pm

There is one feature that seems to be different which I don't like.

If poster A writes something and poster B quotes him and replies, when poster C hits the quote button on the second post only the response of poster B is put into the new message instead of both quotes. The old system would copy everything into the new message.

Perhaps this one will do the same, but I just don't have it configured for that. If anyone knows how to adjust this please advise.
