2. 1 - Worked a JV game and the third Varsity official did not show up. I had worked 3 person crew in the summer, my partner had not. BINGO game one. Was scheduled Varsity games my second (last) year.

2. 1. did two rec league games for practice and then called a boys freshman game the next week. By the end of first month I was already calling JV.

10. Camping has not been that consistant. I have done two camps in my career. Both were great and they both helped me tremendously.

Keep in mind these are in Canada, and it's a whole different universe up here.

Mark: When you start your HS career, if you are interested take a look at my association CBOA.ORG. We are always looking for good officials and you can work as much as you want to. Keep in mind that starting with the coming school year, A & AA girls now play in the winter vs fall. Should make for a full schedule. There is also a ton of rec ball that goes year round.

7. I have worked college intermural mens games at a D1 school, that was when I was 18 when I started as I was going through college at the time. The competition was high level, but the league was loosely run. As far as reffing a college level varsity game ... not yet.
