OT - NCAA team switches school with no penalty and no sit-out year!

that's funny. I actually did a story on Polgar recently when she came to Norfolk to do a chess exhibition for some kids and adults. She's the epitome of bad@$$ when it comes to chess.

Let's see...she (1) won a chess match in about 5 moves. No big deal, until you realize she was playing BLINDFOLDED and (2) played against 15 separate people simultaneously...yes, that's 15 simultaneous chess matches...and won all 15 rather easily. But she said her biggest simultaneous match was "a little over 300 at a time"...i don't think she's human!!

I wonder how she'd do against my 6 year old grandson, Jackson, who has been playing chess since he was 5. BTW - in math, he's currently studying pre-algebra. Not kidding on either point.

Oh yeah - when he grows up he wants to be a video game programmer.

Wouldn't even be a contest. She'd have him for lunch.
