Precision Timing and NBA
 
This may have been asked before, but I have noticed the last few years that Mike Callahan and Ed F. Rush do not wear the 'Precision Timing' device on their waistband. I am sure there is a good reason for this.

As far as Mike Callahan, apparently he carries his device in his pocket. Why? I have no idea.
