Kick ball on the inbounds

In all my years of basketball I have never actually witnessed a kick ball on an alternating possession throw-in.

14:30 mark of first half of Indiana/Kentucky, we finally have one. I can't tell if the arrow stayed or not.

In the spirit of consistency and fairness towards posters with low post counts, that would be "during an AP throw-in". :D

Thanks for taking it easy on me. :) I knew someone would call me out on that one...

Indiana ball to start second half. Did I miss a second held ball in the first half? Or is the college rule different?

I had one a few years ago while working a rare, for me, prep school freshman game. I got the rule wrong and my partner, an unpatched provisional rookie, straightened me out.
