Is it just me or has there been far far far more offensive foul calls than blocks? Every game I've watched it just seems like everything is a charge.

I'm watching the VCU/Indiana game and there was a clear, from my couch, restricted arc play that went on without a whistle.

Just curious if anyone else has noticed this
