What Ever Happened To The Ref That Took The Picture With Lebron James ?

What ever happened to the referee who posed with Lebron James after a nationally televised game in New Jersey this year? Last I heard the IAABO Board from his area was reviewing his actions. Does anybody know where I can find some press written about the final outcome, or was this referee cleared of any charges?
