is this worth a T ?
 
A1 is laying on the ground out of bounds under the basket not hurt,B2 throws the ball at/near A1's head,the Ref calls a Technical Foul,i was watching this on the TV,whats your call ?

On TV? What game was this?

If you think the player threw the ball at the player on purpose, then yes a T...could even be a flagrant T.. especially if he threw the ball forcibly.

Gonna need a little more context. Was it a wild save of a ball headed out of bounds that just happened to almost hit him, or was it a deliberate fastball aimed at the head region?

I dont recall the Teams,but it was Women's College Basketball,just watched that game for a bit and saw that.

What channel did you see the game? ESPN network, CBS, etc?

If it was thought that the player threw it at the player on purpose, then a T would be appropriate...maybe even a flagrant T in some circumstances.

ESPN,im looking at their site to see if i can find it,their site is having issues cant view any women's college basketball videos.

If it was aimed, at minimum a T, possibly flagrant.
