Iw?
Close game close to end - after a made basket by his team coach A is up and clapping etc shouting at his team - trail across court thinks he is calling time out... coach explains that he doesnt want TO - of course other coach goes nuts - inbound the ball at POI - saw it last night - I think it was handled correctly - thoughts?

Since you only think it was handled correctly, what other possibilities crossed your mind?
