Well, my last regular season HS game is tonight & my last juco game is tomorrow.
I guess its the scent of a steady diet of wreck ball blowing my way.
The seasons go by faster every year :mad:

Still have two weekends to go of regular season and another week at least of playoffs for me personally. If previous years are the guide, add another week (one or two games) beyond that. This right now is a total of 5 regular season games and 3 post season games so far.

My HS season is now over. I had to turn back some games tonight and tomorrow since we came to Iowa to visit my grandmother in the hospital. I still have some MS games next week.

Regular season is over here. Have playoff games tonight, and should hear this weekend about next week. Tonight could be it, though, so hoping to go out on a good note!

I have games for the next three nights and then I'm done for the year. Then its time to start chasing king salmon on the weekends.

9 more games, all underlevel boys. A couple of regular season games and then a few different tournaments.

2 college games left. 1 private HS regular season assignment still on my schedule. Probably won't see any public school regional or state tourney action this year b/c of local turmoil but should get a state private school quarterfinal since those games are played at local sites before consolidation elsewhere for Final Four games.

First camp late in April.

Two regular season boys varsity games remaining Friday and next Tuesday. Ten tournament games starting with a girls game Saturday.

I finished last Saturday. Our tournaments start tomorrow. I do some work there, though not wearing stripes.

After that, I'll have some travel assignments here and there.

I got two varsity boys games tonight.

Then I got my first playoff game on Tuesday. Not sure how it works after that, so I may/may not have any games after that.

3 nights, 2 JV B/G DHers and 1 freshman tournament

Season ended for me last Friday. Time to get ready for spring football and then a camp or two in June. I'm hoping to break into some varsity ball next season.

I still have six BV, 3GV games left, then one B and two G's playoff games.

One MS tournament game next week then done. Need to find a camp to attend this summer....

About three weeks left. All postseason contests.

Still a month left of Rec Ball.

Then, I have a "non-competitive" spring season to look forward to. Sorry Mark. ;)

Right in the middle of Districts...Regional/1st Round State next week.

I'm done for this season as neither team I scorekeep for made the playoffs! We just started sectional play last night-we crown 11 section champions with the follwing schedule:
Boys 1AA-3AAA:First Round 2/17,Second Round 2/21,Qtrs 2/24,Semis 2/28
Boys 3AA-6:First Round 2/15,Second Round 2/17,Qtrs 2/21,Semis 2/24
Girls 1AA-2A:First Round 2/18,Second Round 2/22,Qtrs 2/25,Semis 2/28
Girls 3AAA,3AA,3A,4AA,4A,5AA,6:First Round 2/16,Second Round 2/18,Qtrs 2/22,Semis 2/25

Sectional Finals are 2/29-3/3 with the state tournament being played on the follwing dates:
3/7-Regional First Round
3/10-Regional Second Round
3/13-Regional Third Round
3/17-Regional Finals
3/23 & 3/24-State Finals

Two more weeks. I'm working with our local board secretary/treasurer in my last game, a boys varsity game. I love working with the big boys, they have wide shoulders to carry me.

Last college game was last Friday....had a good game in front of the assignor! :)

Last regular season HS game is next Tuesday....then I'll get some number of playoff games (between 3 and 6) with my last one being on 3/10.

Oh come Bainsey, tell em what you do for the post season?;)

2 JVB tomorrow night, VB and VG on Saturday, then first round postseason VB next Tuesday.

Hope to advance to next round this year, but if not, the girl's soccer season starts in two weeks.

Possible officials' association booth at the county fair in August.

Second post season state tourney game tonight in Florida. 8A boys regional game that went to OT. Intense play, packed house, 3pointer at the buzzer to get to OT...couldn't ask for anything more. Maybe get a call this weekend to advance. Fingers crossed. If not...a heck of a way to end the season.

I did not work a second of rec ball this season and I'm quite glad that I did not. Didn't have to deal with a single crazy house rule, it was nice!

Regular season ended Monday. First round BV tomorrow night. My observer will dictate the rest of my February varsity schedule. Then an 8th grade boys diocese semi in March.

Basketball season done for me. Soccer season begins tomorrow :)

1 college game left this year. Probably no more hs since public schools are at district finals and private schools start playoffs next week. A few rec games remaining. Been doing this for 4 years now, and seems like the season goes by faster each year :(

About halfway through...75 games or so...another 75 to go..

Well you can add two more games to that equation. Now unless I advance further in the post season that I have previously, then I am done. I am OK with that because that at best would only mean one more game anyway. Not that I would turn it down, but the light is definitely at the end of the tunnel.
