These camps for the most part are local or college evaluation camps. Moody Bible only has so many slots availible (45 I believe) for officials. It is a two day camp at the Moody Bible Institute in downtown Chicago, and is a team camp run by University of Illinois. The cut off date has already passed and the camp is this weekend (June 13 & 14). And the little information that is left in on the Illinois High School Association website. Look in the Official's Department where the listing of camps can be found.

The Tom O'Neil Camp can be found on the same website. His camp last for a few weeks at a couple different schools from late June to July.

Honestly, if you do not live in Illinois, it might be kind of pointless to attend these camps. Both camps are attended by mostly Illinois officials or officials that are looking to work some HS and College conferences in the surrounding areas. But if you are willing to travel depending on where you live, it might be right for you. It does not cost a lot to attend either camp. In the Moody camp, I will only get 3 games total (scheduled), so I do not know if I would just want to travel a few states to do 3 games. The O'Neil/Bohn camp is much more spread out and might be convenient for those that are close. But if you talk to the tournament directors, I am sure something can and will be worked out.
