Restricted Area Review?
Last night in the Illinois-Indiana game, there was a play where an Indiana player who slid over across the lane to take a charge from A1, who was in the act of shooting and made the layup. It was originally ruled a charge, no basket. The replay showed that one of his heels was ON the line of the restricted arc.
Moral of the story, the call was reversed and the basket counted. It wasn't clear exactly how the call was reversed. Is that a reviewable play?
