I hope I'm not late on this issue. Has this come up in any of your games? Noticed a few times this season. The device of choice is the iPad. Rule 10.3 (Federation) says: A team shall not use TV monitoring or replay equipment or computers for coaching purposes during the game or any intermission.... The rule seems to leave the door open for using computers for statistical purposes. Wondering if any of your supervisors or assignors have given you directives in handling it.
