Rebounding foul here, shooting 1-and-1 down there.

I've worked plenty of games where if T calls, only T and C
switch. L stays put. Avoids the three person movement thing.

More times than not, only 2 officials do switch.

Under what scenrio would all 3 switch?

That's easy.
All officials switch when the Lead, or Trail, incorrectly goes to administer a throw-in. ;)

My association experimented with staying table side after calling a foul this year (Super said it was coming and wanted us to get used to it). I really liked staying table side better than moving all the way across court. I also thought it made the game move much more quickly + I wasn't running over my partners who were standing and waiting for me to move to my new position. The only time we would move back to C (opposite table) was after we had to stick a coach. Super thought it wasn't a good idea to stay in the coaches pocket after busting him. On the other hand, a lot of people didn't like the idea because they have to come over and listen to the coach about how bad their partner stinks. Overall, I liked the change, I think it was a good mechanic and hope the Federation adopts it soon.

This is, I'm pretty sure, how we'd switch in this situation in the NCAA men's game (I don't do any 3-whistle for HS):
I'm only adding this b/c the NCAA is going to use the mechanic of the calling official staying table-side for men's games beginning in '03-'04.

I just didn't want anybody to be confused by my old post if they started looking back for 3-man help.

So just completely ignore my long post earlier in this thread. As Gilda would say. . . Never miiiiind.
