Pregame ?Agenda???
Does anybody have a good list or link to a list that goes over all the things you should cover during your pregame? Thanks in advance.

We have several Forum Members that have posted their pre-game conference agendas in the past. Here is a link to one that has suggestions from form our BITS and BillyMac.

Pre Game Conference

If you use the search tool along the top of the Forum and enter either pregame or pre-game, I'm sure other examples will also come up too.

Use these to develop your own.

Agree... I made my own over about 3 weeks pulling from other documents and actual pre-games. I still make notes and re-work it every year.

How about NFHS Officials Manual 4.1 Officials' Pregame Conference? At the least, it's a good start.
